True that this will not simply make the car to be worth buying, but at least you can tell if the car has some bad records which make you have to think twice before you buy it. For example, the car may have had an accident or a rolled back odometer. Check how long the car has been used by the previous owner. Check on the mileage and the drive time of the car.
